How the Terminal Works
When you select a track, the interface text fades and a single breathing node appears. It expands and contracts in a 4-7-8 rhythm, offering a visual anchor while audio plays quietly.
Place your device face-down on a nightstand and listen at a low volume. Press stop at any time to return to the track list.
Listening Suggestions
Practical notes for a comfortable audio session.
Use Headphones
Binaural tracks are designed for stereo listening. Earbuds or over-ear headphones work well.
Keep Volume Low
The audio is meant to be barely audible — a background layer rather than foreground sound.
Set a Timer
If you prefer, use your device timer to end playback after a chosen duration.
